Do I have to talk to it?+
No. Everything voice does you can also do by hand — every screen is a normal app with normal forms. Voice is the fast path, not the only one.
What if it mishears a name?+
It shows you what it heard, in your own words, above every change it made. If it could not tell which record you meant it asks with two taps instead of guessing, and one Undo puts back everything a sentence did.
Does it work without signal?+
Yes. The whole book lives on the phone. Changes queue up and send themselves when you are back in range.
Can my crew use it?+
Yes. You can invite people, give them a role, and decide whether they see every job or only the ones assigned to them.
